| Working experience and occupation | Dr Chong Su-Lin began her career in 1984 as a medical practitioner in the National Health Service in United Kingdom. She was the CEO of Sunway Medical Centre, CEO of Prince Court Medical Centre, and Executive Director of Beacon Specialist Hospital as well as CEO of the Healthcare arm of the International Medical University.
Dr Chong was the "Lab" leader for the healthcare National Key Economic Areas blueprint planning by the Malaysia Government in 2010, and more recently a member of the task force appointed by the Minister of Health to look into workplace culture in the Ministry of Health hospitals.
Dr Chong is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director ("INED") of Cengild Medical Berhad since 2021. She is also the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, a Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nominating Committee as well as Long Term Incentive Plan Committee.
Dr Chong Su-Lin is also an INED and Chairman of the Board Nomination Committee of AIA Berhad. She is also a Council Member of Hospis Malaysia as well as INED of ECRI Berhad and Director of Naluri Hidup Sdn Bhd. |
