Issuance of 299,997,878 free warrants in Borneo Aqua Harvest Berhad ("BAHVEST") ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in BAHVEST ("BAHVEST Share(s)") held at 5:00 P.M. on 16 August 2017
Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in BAHVEST's circular to shareholders dated 17 July 2017. The Warrants are issued to the entitled shareholders of BAHVEST on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing BAHVEST Shares held at 5:00 p.m. on 16 August 2017. Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new BAHVEST Share at the exercise price of RM0.87 and at any time during the exercise period, subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 2 August 2017 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the exercise period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. Note: This amended announcement is to update the exercise/conversion ratio from 1 to 1:1. This announcement is dated 25 August 2017.
