On behalf of the Board of Directors of G3 Global, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:
1. proposed variation of the utilisation of proceeds raised from the private placement which was completed on 27 June 2022 to the current intended utilisation; and
2. proposed private placement of up to 870,826,000 new ordinary shares in G3 Global (“G3 Global Shares” or “Shares”), representing not more than 30% of the issued Shares in G3 Global.
