(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 31 January 2023).

Further to the announcement dated 31 January 2023 in respect of retirement of external auditors, Messrs Russell Bedford LC PLT, the Company wishes to inform that the reason for the retirement was on a voluntary basis and is due to tight resources. 

The Company is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. 

The Company is in the midst of appointing new Auditors and further announcement will be made on the appointment of new Auditors in due course.
