The Company wishes to announce that SCOMI SGSB, a jointly-controlled entity of SGB, received a CLOA dated 22 February 2023 from STS, which was duly accepted by Scomi SGSB on 23 February 2023, appointing SCOMI SGSB as the main contractor for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (“EPCC Work”) for the development of a Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Plant (“PV Plant”) with capacity of 1.45MWp (“Project”) ”) located at a local media group premises (“SELCO Company”). The EPCC Work is valued at RM4,101,030.
The Project was promoted by SCOMI SGSB to STS whereby STS is to take up the role as the investor for the Project.
The PV Plant is for the Self Consumption (“SELCO”) of the SELCO Company with STS being the investor for the PV Plant (“PV Investor”) and Scomi SGSB carrying out the EPCC Work.
