The Company wishes to inform that it had on 23 February 2023 transferred 4,489,660 units of SESB shares (“Shares”) to Dato Edlin Bin Ghazaly (“Funder”) with the agreed value of RM224,483.00 which was agreed between the Company and the Funder as part settlement for the amount due to the Funder. The Shares were originally pledged to the Funder for the funding provided to the Company. This announcement is dated 24 February 2023 |
