Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. The Company wishes to inform that Maybank is not agreeable to the Company’s request for an Extended EOT. As for the Revised EOT proposed by Maybank which is up to 29 March 2023, the Company has until 20 March 2023 to accept the Revised EOT.
