The Board of Directors of KTB is pleased to announce that Transnational Builder Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of KTB, had on 24 March 2023 received a letter of award (“Letter of Award”) from Aman Wijaya Sdn. Bhd. (“AWSB”) to provide labour and materials for the earthwork, piling, building, internal and major infrastructure works of a Perumahan Rakyat 1 Malaysia (PR1MA) Pahang project comprising of 340 units of single storey semi-detached houses, 8 units of single storey bungalow houses and a mixed development comprising of 652 units of single storey terrace houses, 19 units of double storey shop offices on an approximately 100.7 acres government land at Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, Negeri Pahang for a contract sum of RM153,087,920.00 as prescribed in the Letter of Award.
