Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), PRG wishes to announce that PRG has on 26 May 2023 offered options to eligible employees of PRG and its non-dormant subsidiaries (“Eligible Employees”) to subscribe for new ordinary shares in PRG (“Shares”) under the LTIP. The details of the Shares offered to the Eligible Employees under the LTIP are set out in the attachment attached hereto. This announcement is dated 26 May 2023. |
