Working experience and occupation

Mr. Loh Soo Foo ("Mr. Loh") graduated from Oxford Brookes University and holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Wollongong. Mr. Loh is also a qualified Chartered Accountant who has over 20 years of working experience in overseeing corporate finance, corporate reporting, financial reporting, management reporting and taxation.

He started his career as an Audit Assistant in Messrs. Ling Kam Hoong & Co and subsequently joined as a Semi-Senior in Deloitte Malaysia who completed various industry audits from private to public listed companies and multinational companies.

Prior to his appointment as Financial Controller of P.A. Resources Berhad, he served as a Senior Finance Manager in Malton Berhad and BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd who is primarily responsible in the Group budget and annual audit for ensuring the Group was in compliance with latest accounting standards, listing requirements and other rules and regulations.
