Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 10 April 2023, 11 April 2023, 10 May 2023, 12 May 2023, 26 May 2023, 12 June 2023, 21 June 2023, 22 June 2023, 14 July 2023 and 21 July 2023 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Aneka (“Board”), Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad (“AIS”) wishes to announce that the second and last tranche of the Private Placement has been completed following the listing of and quotation for the 12,948,500 Placement Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today.

In relation thereto, AIS is pleased to announce the completion of the Private Placement.
