The Board of Directors of Meta Bright Group Berhad (“MBGB” or “Company”) (“Board”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Australia, Meta Bright Australia Pty Ltd (“Meta Bright Australia”) had on 21 August 2023 in the ordinary course of business entered into a second Leasing Contract (details of which are defined in the attachment) with Mt Cuthbert Resources Pty Ltd (a company incorporated in Australia) (“MCR”) (“RRPT”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”).
