FREE WARRANTS ISSUE OF UP TO 699,700,562 FREE WARRANTS IN JADI IMAGING HOLDINGS BERHAD ("JADI") ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN JADI HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 12 SEPTEMBER 2023 ("FREE WARRANTS ISSUE")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 11 Sep 2023
2) The last date of lodgment : 12 Sep 2023

Remarks :

The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of Jadi ("Warrants Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Warrants Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of Jadi within 8 market days after the Entitlement Date.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
