PROPOSED STRATEGIC COLLABORATION AMONG KLK, BOUSTEAD HOLDINGS BERHAD ("BHB") AND LEMBAGA TABUNG ANGKATAN TENTERA ("LTAT") IN RELATION TO BOUSTEAD PLANTATIONS BERHAD ("BPLANT") ("PROPOSED STRATEGIC COLLABORATION")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 24 August 2023 and 11 September 2023 in relation to the Proposed Strategic Collaboration. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid announcements.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company has entered into a second letter of agreement with BHB and LTAT to agree for the Cut-Off Date to be 6 October 2023 or such other date as may be agreed in writing between KLK, BHB and LTAT.

Save for the above, all the other provisions contained in the SCA shall remain unchanged and be in full force and effect.
