Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 13 April 2022, 12 July 2022, 11 October 2022, 11 January 2023, 11 April 2023 and 11 July 2023 in relation to the MOU between DRB-HICOM and KERAJAAN NEGERI (“Announcement”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
DRB-HICOM wishes to inform that the Company is still in discussion with KERAJAAN NEGERI and any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
