Reference is made to BCorporation’s announcements dated 13 July 2022, 12 September 2022 and 24 November 2023 in relation to the Listing.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of BCorporation, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Listing has been completed following the admission of the entire issued share capital of SIAMH on the Catalist Board of SGX-ST and the commencement of trading with effect from 9.00 am on 16 February 2024.
Following the completion of the Listing, BCorporation, through its subsidiaries now holds a total of 39.39% equity interest in SIAMH.
