We refer to the Company's announcements dated 14 July 2023, 25 July 2023, 28 August 2023, 20 September 2023, 14 November 2023 and 1 March 2024 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 29 August 2023 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements and the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the High Court Order dated 1 March 2024 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 7 March 2024. Accordingly, the resolution for the Capital Reduction as confirmed by the High Court Order has taken effect on 7 March 2024 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act. Pursuant thereto, the Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on 7 March 2024.
The Entitlement Date in respect of the Share Consolidation will be announced in due course.
