The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 1 April 2024 received and accepted a letter of award dated 1 April 2024 from Persada Mentari Sdn. Bhd. (“PMSB”), in respect of the execution and completion of a piling and earthworks contract for the proposed service apartment at Bandar Tanjung Pinang, Pulau Andaman, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Three Million One Hundred and Eighty Six Thousand Only (RM33,186,000). PMSB is an indirect subsidiary company of Eastern & Oriental Berhad (“E&O”), a company which certain Directors and major shareholders of the Company have direct and indirect interests.
