In accordance with Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (“BCorp”) wishes to announce the moneylending activities (which forms part of the ordinary course of business) of its subsidiary, Inter-Pacific Management Sdn Bhd for the financial period ended 31 March 2024 as per Table 1 attached.
