We refer to our announcement dated 20 December 2023 in relation to the Proposed Change of Company Name.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 22 April 2024 received the Notice of Registration of Change of Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "TRANSOCEAN HOLDINGS BHD." to "ARKA BERHAD" with effect from 2 April 2024.
