Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (“F&NHB” or “Company”) hereby announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elsinburg Holdings Sdn Bhd (“Elsinburg”) has on 30 April 2024 commenced member’s voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439(1) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“Winding Up”).  In relation thereto, Mr. Lai Sou Wei of Polaris Corporate Solutions Sdn Bhd, Suite A-19-3, The MET Corporate Towers @ KL Metropolis, No. 20, Jalan Dutamas 2, 50480 Kuala Lumpur has on the same day been appointed as the sole liquidator for Elsinburg.

Elsinburg was incorporated in Malaysia on 23 September 2004. The principal activity of Elsinburg was property development activities prior to engaging in investment holding. Elsinburg ceased property development and investment holding activities in 2011 and 2023 respectively, and remained dormant since then.

The Winding Up of Elsinburg will not have any material effect on the net assets and the earnings of the F&NHB Group for the financial year ending 30 September 2024.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of F&NHB and/or persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interest in the Winding Up of Elsinburg.
