YTL Corporation Berhad (“YTL Corp") wishes to announce that PropertyNetAsia (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("PropertyNetAsia"), an indirect subsidiary of YTL Corp, has on 12 July 2024 commenced members' voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016 (“Voluntary Winding Up”).

Ms Lam Lee San and Ms Lee Yee Ching of Norvic Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, Wisma Goshen, 2nd Floor, 60, 62 & 64, Jalan SS 22/21, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan have been appointed as Joint and Several Liquidators for purposes of the Voluntary Winding Up. 

PropertyNetAsia is currently inactive and has no intention to carry on business or operations in the future.

The Voluntary Winding Up of PropertyNetAsia is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of YTL Corp Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2025.
