| Working experience and occupation | Datuk Adif is the Executive Vice President ("EVP") and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Petroliam Nasional Berhad ("PETRONAS") Gas and Maritime Business. Prior to this role, Datuk Adif was the EVP & CEO of PETRONAS Upstream Business.
Datuk Adif joined PETRONAS in 1993 and has worked in various areas and held extensive leadership roles in the PETRONAS Group, including the EVP and CEO of the Gas and New Energy Business, Senior Vice President of Development and Production Upstream Business, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy.
Datuk Adif plays leading roles within the petro-technical community in Asia Pacific and the Middle East via his role as the Chairman of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Asia Pacific Regional Advisory Council. He also serves on the international advisory committee for Offshore Technology Conference Asia (OTCA). |
