The learned Registrar has ordered the following:


1. Appellant to file the proof of payment of security for costs vide a letter;
2. Appellant to file the Special Bundle (Notice of Appeal, Memorandum of Appeal, Grounds of Judgment and High Court Order) on or before 9 June 2025; 
3. Parties to file Written Submissions, Executive Summary, Core Bundle and Notis Makluman Butiran Pihak-Pihak on or before 9 June 2025; and
4. Parties to file Reply Submissions on or before 23 June 2025.

 

The Court has fixed the following dates:

 

1. CM via e-Review to check status of security for costs on 13 November 2024;
2. CM via e-Review to check status of submissions on 24 June 2025; and 
3. Physical Hearing on 8 July 2025
