The Board is pleased to announce that the Acquisition and Divestment have been completed on 31 January 2025. Consequently, MDFT and MDPC are now wholly owned subsidiaries of MISC, whilst BDPBV, BDPC, BDPL and BDFT ceased to be joint-venture companies of MISC. This announcement is dated 31 January 2025.
