Reference is made to our announcement dated 10 February 2025 pertaining to a new Letter of Award from Extreme Broadbrand Sdn Bhd dated 10 February 2025 (“LOA”) to Excel Commerce Solutions Sdn Bhd ("EXCEL"), a 51% owned subsidiary of Divfex Berhad (“DFX” or “Company”).

Risk in relation to the LOA

The Board of Directors of DFX wishes to inform that the LOA is part of EXCEL’s ordinary course of business and its managed network business offerings. DFX does not anticipate any exceptional risks arising from this engagement, aside from the typical operational and financial risks that are associated during the installation, commissioning and user acceptance phases. These risks have been evaluated, deemed manageable, and mitigated in accordance with established protocols and industry best practices.
