The Board of Arka wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for shareholders' approval on the Proposed New and Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Forty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("47th AGM") of the Company.
A circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed New and Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Annual Report 2024 in due course.
