The Board of Directors of AuMAS Resources Berhad (formerly known as Bahvest Resources Berhad) ("AuMAS" or "the Company") wishes to announce and clarify that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wullersdorf Resources Sdn. Bhd. ("WRSB"), has received approval from the Department of Minerals and Geoscience Malaysia (“JMG”) for the renewal of its Operational Mining Scheme (OMS) license as announced previously. This renewal ensures the continued operation of WRSB's mining activities in Sabah.
