The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Eric Ooi Lip Aun as the SINED of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad ("Company") with effect from 23 May 2025 in place of Dato' Chan Choon Ngai who resigned as SINED on 22 May 2025. Mr Eric Ooi Lip Aun joined the Company as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 March 2019 and is currently the chairman of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee.
