Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 3 September 2023 and 5 September 2023 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board of LICB, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that on 29 May 2025:

(i)  Amsteel Mills had entered into a supplemental letter to SPA 1 with Unichamp Mineral in relation to the proposed disposal of Sale Land 1; and

(ii)  Gelora Berkat had entered into a supplemental letter to SPA 2 with Unichamp Mineral in relation to the proposed disposal of Sale Land 2.

For the supplemental letter to SPA 1, Amsteel Mills and Unichamp Mineral have mutually agreed and confirmed that the conditional period to facilitate the fulfilment of the conditions precedent by both parties under SPA 1 shall be extended for a period of 26 months, from a period of thirty (30) months to fifty-six (56) months from the date of SPA 1.

For the supplemental letter to SPA 2, Gelora Berkat and Unichamp Mineral have mutually agreed and confirmed that the conditional period to facilitate the fulfilment of the conditions precedent by both parties under SPA 2 shall be extended for a period of 26 months, from a period of thirty (30) months to fifty-six (56) months from the date of SPA 2.

Save for the above, all remaining terms and conditions of SPAs shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

The supplemental letters to the SPAs are available for inspection at the Company’s registered office at Level 14, Lion Office Tower, No. 1, Jalan Nagasari, 50200 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours on Mondays to Fridays (except for public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
