Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcement dated 30 May 2025 in relation to the Ex-Parte Injunction.

The Board of Directors of AuMAS Resources Berhad (Formerly known as Bahvest Resources Berhad (“AuMAS” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company has received Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s request dated 3 June 2025 for additional information in relation to the Company’s announcement made on 30 May 2025. The additional information are as follows:

1. The estimated potential liability to AuMAS Resources Group, arising from the ex-parte injunction.

The ex-parte injunction, granted by the Sabah High Court, prohibits the defendants from obstructing rectification or modification works on the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF)’s perimeter drainage system and ensures unrestricted access for vehicles, equipment, and personnel involved in the repairs.

No potential liability arises to AuMAS Resources Group from this ex-parte injunction, as the injunction was granted in favour of the Group to protect its rights to conduct necessary repair works.

2. Whether Wullersdorf Resources Sdn. Bhd. is a major subsidiary of AuMAS Resources Berhad.

Wullersdorf Resources Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AuMAS and is a major subsidiary of AuMAS.

3. The expected financial and operational impact to AuMAS Resources Group arising from the ex-parte injunction.

The deliberate damage to the Group's TSF did cause temporary disruption to our mineral processing operations. However, the Management does not expect material financial impact to the Group, as:

• repair works have been completed expeditiously.
• the ex-parte injunction facilitates rather than hinders operational recovery by preventing further interference.

The Group will continue to monitor any residual impacts and will provide updates if circumstances change materially.

4. The steps taken or proposed to be taken by AuMAS Resources in respect of the ex-parte injunction.

The Group has taken the following actions regarding the ex-parte injunction:

Immediate Actions Completed:

• commenced and completed all necessary repair works to the TSF perimeter drainage system.

Ongoing Actions:

• actively engaging with relevant Sabah authorities to obtain operational clearance.

The Management maintaining readiness to resume full mineral processing operations immediately upon regulatory approval.

The Group remains committed to maintaining operational integrity while ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
