Further to the Company’s announcement made on 22 July 2024 in connection with the members' voluntary winding up of PropertyNetAsia (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("PropertyNetAsia"), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, YTL Corporation Berhad wishes to announce that PropertyNetAsia held its final meeting on 9 June 2025 ("Final Meeting") to conclude its members' voluntary winding up. 

The Liquidators will lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, the Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting ("Return") together with a copy of the accounts within 7 days from the Final Meeting in accordance with Section 459(3) of the Companies Act, 2016 ("Act"). Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Act, PropertyNetAsia will be dissolved upon the expiration of 3 months from the date of lodgement of the Return by the Liquidators.
