The Board of Directors of ABM FUJIYA BERHAD ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Auditors of the Company, Messrs KPMG PLT's decision not to seek re-appointment as Auditors of the Company at the 21st Annual General Meeting held on 10th June 2025. Hence, Messrs KPMG PLT retired as the Auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company.  

The Board of Directors will make further announcement on the appointment of new Auditors in due course.
