Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 30 May 2025 and 5 June 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”) in respect of the Ex-Parte Injunction granted on 29 May 2025. Unless otherwise defined, all terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AuMas Resources Berhad (“AuMas” or “the Company”) wishes to update that the ongoing legal proceedings against Datuk Lo Fui Ming and Southsea Gold Sdn Bhd (“Defendants”) in relation to interference with the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) at the Bukit Mantri Gold Mine.

At today’s scheduled hearing for the inter partes injunction, the Defendants did not file their affidavits in response to the Company’s application. Notwithstanding, the Court made the following key directions:

The High Court granted an ad-interim injunction, thereby extending the earlier ex-parte injunction granted on 29 May 2025. This interim order shall remain in effect until the disposal of the full inter partes hearing.

The Court has fixed the next mention date on 18 June 2025. At the next mention, the Court is expected to issue directions for the filing of affidavits and scheduling of the inter partes hearing.

The Company will continue to take all necessary legal measures to protect its rights and to ensure the safety and environmental compliance of its mining operations.
