Background The Board of Directors of PARB wishes to update the status on the Agreement with First Solar Group which expire on 1 July 2025.
Incoming Arrangement Effective from 2 July 2025, the First Solar Group’s purchase order will be fulfilled by monthly order. These orders will be placed and accepted in accordance with the commercial terms and pricing structures similar to the Agreement announced on 18 January 2024. Discussion between both parties is ongoing with the intention to formalising agreement, pending greater clarity on certain commercial terms, including tariff structures and forward-looking volume commitments.
Financial Effects There will be no material impact at this juncture. Any future financial impact will be contingent upon the actual volume and timing of purchase orders from the First Solar Group.
Directors’ Statement The Board, after considering all the relevant factors, is of the opinion that this arrangement is in the best interest of PARB Group. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on this matter.
