Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 May 2025 and 5 June 2025 (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Earlier Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AuMAS is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wullersdorf Resources Sdn Bhd (“WRSB”), has obtained approval from the Chief Inspector of Mines, Sabah Lands and Surveys Department, to recommence operations at its main processing plant located at Bukit Mantri, Tawau, Sabah, effective 1 July 2025.

The revised order (CIM/JTUSBH/2025/07/001) dated 1 July 2025, lifts the partial suspension and authorizes WRSB to resume full operations, subject to the fulfilment of conditions, among others, the completion of Stage 2 long-term measures within one (1) month and the ongoing monitoring of water quality at designated sampling points (W1–W6) in accordance with environmental compliance requirements.
