Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 5 June 2025 and 10 June 2025.

(Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.)


On behalf of the Board, Bright is pleased to announce that all the conditions of the JVA have been fulfilled, and the Company has discharged its obligation to invest in DPSB under clause 4.1 of the JVA on 4 July 2025, following the said JVA becoming unconditional.
