The Board of Directors of Subur Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("STHB") wishes to announce that its 100% owned subsidiary, R H Timber Processing Industries Sdn Bhd ("RTP"), which is currently dormant has commenced member's voluntary winding-up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.

Mr Morris Hii Su Ong of Messrs. Hii & Lee (Secretarial Services) Sdn. Bhd. of 2nd Floor, 1 Lorong Pahlawan 7A2, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak, has been appointed as the Liquidator for the purpose of member’s voluntary winding-up of RTP.

The member’s voluntary winding-up of RTP will not have any material effect on Subur Tiasa Group’s operations, earnings, net assets and gearing for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of STHB and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in the member’s voluntary winding-up of RTP.
