Yes... no transparency at all. There should be a mechanism to penalise or bar such companies from issuing warrants. It should be a fair value calculated to parent shares... a suggestion
My 2 cents... since not catch up to mother share and most bank analysts TP at $5+ ... can arbitrate the lagging price now... eventually if above conversion price on due date, IB will need to pay... invest at your own risk and analysis
