welcome, bought it for dividend and it doesn't seem to fluctuate so much so I bought it at 0.24 who knows it dropped.. hahaha trying to average it down a bit. at the mean time can collect div.

I noticed it's hard to get so bought it straight 0.215..
sometimes you had to grab on the opportunity instead of waiting for it..
but it's ok.
