Ancom held certain percentage in Nylex and they already completed acquiring Nylex 100%. Ancom told The Edge that Nylex remains as a shell company. Ancom acquire all assets and liabilities in Nylex. Nylex will do trading on all chemicals purchased from around the world. All revenue from manufacturing by Nylex now goes straight to Ancom.
