Silicon Island is a massive 2,300-acre Gamuda/Man-made island currently being reclaimed off the southern coast of Penang Island. It's absolutely fabulous

it's a 30:70 joint venture (Penang state government & Gamuda). Penang government owned about 690 acres & Gamuda's about 1,610 acres which includes the Green Tech Park (GTP), a 700-acre master-planned industrial zone. Valuation? Priceless(i.e. Gamuda is gonna be the most valuable stock in KLSE)
