There are about 30 companies in the Bursa property sector with SHF > RM 1b. Guoco is one of them. The sector suffered during Covid-19 but is now recovering. The average revenue of this group of companies grew at 11 % CAGR over the past 2 years as shown in my analysis https://www.i4value.asia/2021/06/will-malaysian-property-industry-turn.html#more. Sadly Guoco revenue only grew at 1%. Will it catch up?
