sunreit买giant比市场价便宜大概12八仙,你觉得不划算?下个季度如果有property valuation的话季报会多出一个60+mil 的fair value gain。sunreit 目前property yield大约 5点多八仙,按着收购价对比这几间新物业的年租金回报,property yield都可以跑到8八仙了。你还觉得不划算吗?
这样说吧,sunreit卖了一只会下金蛋的母鸡,去买6只会下金蛋的母鸡。划不划算你们自己看咯
