@Tan. Agreed, sliding to 90 - 80c and possibly back to 50c within 3 years. Until it's pumped and dumped to trap many. Stay away from junk

我投資很少看短期趨勢，獲利最豐厚的股項都是持有2年以上。Tambun現階段是絕對不能丟的，我可以確定它還沒到牛市尾，如果它回調得夠深我反而會加碼。當然我的成本價夠低也是我的底氣。

沒人發覺這一季的unbilled sales是歷史新高嗎。而且tambun新launch的project botanic villa 是高賺幅的高價房屋，take up rate 72%，證明銷售沒問題。我敢說接下來的連續幾個季度業績都會很漂亮。現在的股價還沒完全reflect上面的factor, 我們只需要hold著等業績公佈就好了。
