（吉隆坡21日讯）大西药行集团（BIG Pharmacy Group）已签署初步协议，将收购康宁药剂（CARiNG Pharmacy）的100%股权。

根据7-11控股（SEM,5250,主板消费产品服务组）发出的文告，上述交易将康宁药剂的股权估值定为8亿5000万令吉。
