KUALA LUMPUR: Enproserve Group Bhd's (Enproserve) wholly-owned subsidiary, Enproserve (M) Sdn Bhd, has secured a two-year contract from Petronas Dagangan Bhd (PDB) for the maintenance of aviation refuelling vehicles, marking the group's entry into the aviation vehicle maintenance sector.
In a statement filed with Bursa Malaysia, Enproserve said the contract, effective Sept 1, 2025, will see the group providing preventive and corrective asset maintenance across PDB's aviation refuelling operations in airports across Peninsular Malaysia, apart from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
"The contract value will be based on work orders issued throughout the contract's two-year period," it said.
Coming shortly after its recent listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, Enproserve noted that the contract award reinforces the group's commitment to executing its growth strategy.
"The group is broadening its service offerings and expanding its operational assets to cater to the increasing demand from the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors, and now the aviation sector.
"The strategic expansion underscores the group's capabilities in meeting the most stringent safety and operational requirements," it said.
It added that the term contract will not have any material effects on the net assets and gearing of Enproserve and its subsidiaries (Enproserve Group) for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025, but is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Enproserve Group over the duration of the contract.
