KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 17): My EG Services Bhd (MyEG) has cancelled 100 million of its treasury shares.

The group’s total number of treasury shares held after the resale or transfer stood at 53.66 million, MyEG’s filing to Bursa Malaysia showed.

Its adjusted issued capital after the cancellation is 3.67 billion shares.

MyEG’s share price closed six sen or 2.93% lower at RM1.99, valuing the group at RM7.2 billion.
