KUALA LUMPUR: Four independent directors have resigned from Serba Dinamik
Bhd over differences with the company over its future plans and its decision to take legal action against the auditor KPMG, which has since resigned.
They had cited the Serba Dinamik’s current decision of action against KPMG as one of the two m major factors for their resignation.
Tengku Hasmuddin had cited differences in opinion on decisions made moving forward by the company in light of the current developments.
Hasman had cited his resignation due to differences in opinion that he has with the decisions made by the board which in his view are not to the best interest of the company.
