PETALING JAYA: The Securities Commission (SC) has secured a warrant of arrest against former Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd (SCIB) chairman and non-executive and non-independent director Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah.

In a statement, the SC said Karim was previously charged for a similar offence by the SC in 2021 in relation to false information in the financial statements of Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd. Next is Sridge!!!!!!!!!! Be careful guys
